Hills of Shannon
Website Redesign — ProposalPrepared for Hills of Shannon Homes Association · Smithville, MO · 2026

A website that answers the questions you keep getting.

A modern facelift for hillsofshannon.net — built around your own content and how homeowners actually get in touch.

The opportunity

The documents, the ARC process and the board's contact details are all published today — but they sit behind a navigation menu with no front door, and the pages a homeowner actually needs are the hardest to reach.

This redesign puts the ARC process, the governing documents and the board's contact details where people can find them in one click — all built mobile-first, where most homeowners already are.

01

What you'll get

Modern, on-brand redesign

Built on your own brand colours, not a stock theme.

A real neighborhood gallery

The Association's own photographs, shown at full width.

Mobile-first & fast

Looks sharp and loads quickly on every phone.

Found on Google

Clean SEO structure, and every page set up to be indexed.

02

Features that cut the board's inbox

🖼️
Proof

Neighborhood Gallery

The playground, the pond path, the monument and the Fourth of July parade — in one place instead of scattered across page banners.

✉️
Straight to you

ARC & Contact Requests

Name, email and project details, routed to the right place — with title and closing requests sent straight to management instead of to a volunteer.

03

Your own content, put to work

📷
Your photos

Your own photographs, used properly

The pictures you already use are shown at full size. Anything that is not your own photograph is labelled as such on the page instead of being passed off as your work.

💬
Your answers

5 questions answered up front

The things people ring up to ask, answered on the page using what you already publish — so fewer enquiries start from nothing.

🎨
Your colours

Your brand colours, taken from what you already use

Sampled from the Association's own wordmark and entrance monument.

🖼️
Your work

Your photographs, as a gallery

The pictures currently used as page banners get a gallery of their own, instead of one being buried at the top of each page.
